My fiancee and I drove in a car together this weekend for the first time since driving home from the hospital! And I actually had a reason to get dressed; I went shopping!! Oh the things that excite me these days. My fiancees parents were visiting this weekend so we had the opportunity to get out for a few hours. The reason for the outing was to go to Babies R' Us to get stuff we needed for Aidan but we made two pit stops before arriving to our main destination: Joann's Fabric and Home Goods. Boy was that a bad idea!! The minute I walked into Joann's I was like a little girl in a candy store. The front of the store was filled with Halloween decorations all 60% off, did you hear that 60% off! Let's just say I came home with quite a few bags. Second stop: Home Goods. Purpose: picture frame. Well do you really think that is all I came home with?! Nope! More Halloween decorations and Thanksgiving decorations. I love the holidays!

Today I am taking Aidan shopping. My boy is going to love shopping just as much as his momma, hopefully! H&M here I come!!

Actually, we went out yesterday for a broom. A BROOM!! Went to three different stores, came home with all kinds of random stuff and completely forgot the broom! Haha.
Love the polka dot top! Getting out of the house when you have a new little one is so great even if only for a couple of hours! We had our first over night getaway this past weekend (our little girl is now 10 months) and it was lovely!
