Peanut Butter Surprise

I've made this peanut butter pie once before and loved it, so I decided to make it for the boyfriend with the addition of a few things.  Those additions being reeses peanut butter cups and chocolate drizzle.  Scrumdiddlyumptious!  There is no baking involved which is a plus in my book.  Less chance for me to mess it up!!  The recipe is very easy to follow.

First you make the pie crust with graham crackers and melted butter.

Now time for the filling.  Mix natural peanut butter, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped heavy cream.

Whip some heavy cream to make the whip cream.

Then add the deliciousness!

I seriously urge you to make this!  You won't be disappointed especially if you are a peanut butter and chocolate lover like I am!

Recipe:

Crust:

12 double graham crackers

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 

Filling: 

1 3/4 cups heavy cream, divided 

1 cup natural peanut butter 

3/4 (6 ounces) cup cream cheese, softened 

1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
