A few weeks ago, we found the time to take a trip into NYC for a little family photo shoot.  It was a gift I received for Christmas and life finally granted us a few hours to enjoy this fun experience as a family.  The photos were taken by Jessica Lin, who was the sweetest and not to mention she made the experience quite enjoyable.  Check out her work here.  She captured some amazing shots of my little guy!

This may be one of my all time favorite pictures thus far and this hilarious shot was captured completely by accident.  Aidan was getting ready to pull the sunglasses off his face and I happened to catch this pose before he reached those sunglasses.  It makes me laugh out load every time I look at it.

A Little Bit of Camo

I have seen the "camo pants" trend all over the blog world as well as on the streets.  As much as I love this trend I feel it can be a tricky one to pull together.  I tried numerous combinations before deciding this was my favorite.  Take a more casual pair of pants and fancy it up with a pair of heels and a pretty blouse.  I love this simple sleeveless blouse that has a minimal amount of embellishment along the neckline, a perfect added touch.  It took this look from what began as casual and transformed it into a chic look that still had an edgy feel to it.  A pop of color completed this look.
